Protective measures:

toilet for the staff
• Obligation to regularly hand

• Please keep the safety distance 
of 1.5m. Please note the corresponding

• The elevator may only be used 
by one person or by people who live
in a shared house

Housekeeping:

frequently touched surfaces upon
departure cleaning 

Lobby / public area:

• Hourly cleaning of the frequently touched
areas in the public area

Reception:

• Disinfection of the pens for guests after
each use
• Regular disinfection of the workplace 
(keyboard, telephone, mouse etc.)
• The surfaces of the reception counter are
cleaned thoroughly and regularly with
disinfectant
• Disinfection of keys and room cards
• The staff regularly wash and disinfect
your hands
• A transparent spit guard was installed
at the reception
